Best nexus 5 case, works with screen protector

Can someone tell me of a good case for the nexus 5 that works with a glass screen protector?

I've just switched from TPU cases to an Otter Box Defender. Love it. It should fit with the screen protector on, but if not, the case actually has a screen protector built in (that you can remove if you prefer, although it looks and works fine with my plastic protector left on).

It costs more than most, but when you hold it, you feel the build quality. And if you use holster, it's like the old Motorola belt clips - solid.
