When you click on recent apps in Kitkat you can clear all apps with 1 click. In Lollipop you have to swipe the apps 1 at a time. How can I clear recent apps in Lollipop with 1 click?

Which device do you have? KitKat on Nexus devices didn't have that feature as far as I can remember--that's probably a modification made by your device's manufacturer.

In any case, remember that the Recent Apps list doesn't really act as a task manager, so swiping away an app doesn't necessarily clear it from RAM. If you're intending to clear out RAM, also remember that Android prefers to keep RAM relatively occupied by open apps, not empty like Windows.
