I'm a new galaxy s4 user.My phone keeps ringing even if there isn't an email or a message and I don't know what can I do. Please help me.

Are you sure there isn't a notification pending, or being received? Try a reboot and see if that fixes it.

I tried it but it doesn't work and I'am sure there isn't a notification.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by "ringing"? Is it an actual ringtone, or one of the shorter notification tones? Is it the same tone that plays with other notifications, like from text messages or voicemails? Or is it a different tone?

Yahoo Mail is a common culprit for unknown notification tones. Also, try turning off NFC (Near Field Communication), which can sometimes cause notification tones if the phone is near something else with an NFC chip.

u should off the notification setting to remind u that u have some notifications
