Why am I unable to access the internet?

Unable to access internet

I cant connect my Allwinner A23 9" tablet to the WiFi unless I remove all security protocols on my router or phone via tethering. Any help much appreciated. Running Android 4.4.2

Make sure your router is running AES. A lot of phones have been having problems with TKIP (or TKIP+AES) since updating to 4.4.2.

At very worst, buy a Netgear N300 - they seem to still be using the old standards, and I've had no problem since I bought one. (They're pretty cheap too - around $35.)
