The "safe mode" will not turn off on my phone. How do I fix this?

The safe mode on my phone will not shut off. Every time I turn it off, the phone restarts. When it turns back on, safe mode is still turned on.

Bring the phone to the carrier. If it's under warranty they may either reflash it or replace it. If not, it's going to be your choice from what they tell you can be done. In any case, back up everything you can first.

If you haven't found a fix for this problem yet let me tell you how I just fixed mine with the same problem. I powered off the phone and while the volume up button, powered back on. Worked for me perfectly the first time I tried it. Hope that helps. Terry
