My phone number can't receive

My phone number can't receive messages and calls. I don't know what is the reason but my mobile signal is strong but can't be reached.

Call your carrier (or, if you use Straight Talk, Net10 or one of their companies, get on their Facebook page) and ask them to reprovision your account. If that doesn't work, have the phone replaced.
