Hello all.
I keep getting a pop-up on my galaxy note4 telling me that unfortunately dcmProvider has stopped.
How do I fix this?

Go into Recovery and clear the cache. Power off the device. Hold home+volume down+power on, then use volume down to highlight cache and power to accept. Reboot to the system and see if that fixes it - keep us posted.

Thanks, but when I hold those three keys in it starts up and asks if I want to download a custom os.
