Where can I find a card reader to read the SIM card from a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4?

I can't find a card reader to read the SIM card from a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4.

Display fried and I can't see anything to allow me to transfer off the phone, so I want to be able to use my computer to view the card.

1) The only contacts on the card are those you entered as SIM contacts. Contacts you entered as Google accounts are at Google Contacts. Contacts you entered as Device or Phone contacts are in the phone and not anywhere else. (Which is why all contacts should always be entered as Google contacts.)

2) The normal card reader reads CD cards, CF cards, etc. You need a special SIM card reader to read SIM cards. There are plenty of them on eBay for $2 including shipping.
