Earphones not working.

Hi, I've got a HTC one m7, I only recently got it cos my last one broke and was replaced. I tried to listen to music through earphones for the first time, but everything is still coming out of the speakers... There is nothing in the socket to block it, so I dunno.

Make sure that the headphone jack is fully inserted. Sometimes it may feel like it's fully in, but really isn't. Also be sure to clean the contacts to make sure there's no debris.
