how to optimize the quick setting ?

I have a nexus 4 with lollipop 5.0.1
And I'm trying to find how to dismiss two icons on the quick setting panel...

Welcome to the forums.☺

Anything you don't use for a month disappears by itself. If you can't wait, you might be able to change the date settings temporarily, reset your choices and start afresh with only the features you do want.
