can anyone help with iphones/apple

I know this is an android forum but i have always found help her with android issues. I have a iphone and my apple id is disabled, trying to contact apple they want me to buy a warrnty for 80$. Is there any work around so dont have to pay apple support?

It sure seems weird that you'd have to pay $80 to reactivate an Apple ID. Can you just set a new one up, or do you need access to the purchases associated with the old account?
