why is my tablet rejcting settings

my hamswan tablet just begin to go to setting it always displays unfortunately settings has stoped.i need help to fix it.i tried to reset it with the reset botton to no avail i try to off it and press the off botton together with the volume down but it always do the same

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which prevents all 3rd party apps from starting up. If the problem goes away in Safe Mode, then something you installed is probably causing the instability. The tricky thing is figuring out which app is the culprit--sometimes you have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.

On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold the Power button until you see the power off menu, then press and hold Power Off until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
