Advice Needed
I got the Note 4 but I have problems with the camera. It won't focus when I first launch the camera app you have to shake the phone and I read through the forums and found its probably a faulty camera, so I took it back to the AT&T store because others said they were able to get the device replaced but they wouldn't replace the phone there. I think today is the last day to return the device but the lady on the live chat said I might get by returning it tomorrow.
Since the rep in store wouldn't replace my phone he said I should take it to the service center down town. I took an HTC there a few yrs ago and they were terrible. They finally decided to replace my phone with a refurbished device because they gave me the run around for over a month so the phone was to old to replace with a new device.
Should I just return the phone and give up on the warranty service center through AT&T?
