Foxfi says it is out of range no matter how I configure my phone, how do I fix this?

Foxfi says it is out of range no matter how I configure my phone

I have a Galaxy S3 on a Sprint network with unlimited data and have loaded the full version of FoxFi.
When I try to launch the app it shows my hotspot is ready and the Full Version is Unlocked yet it shows that my FoxFi is “Not in range”. Any thoughts?

Reboot the other device and clear the cache of the Foxfi app. Let us know if that works.
