Welcome to Android Central! According to the specs, the Desire 610 does not appear to have a microHDMI output: HTC Desire 610 price, specifications, features, comparison. What kind of cable are you using? The phone also doesn't support MHL or SlimPort, so essentially there is no way to connect the phone to an HDTV for screen mirroring using a cable. HTC does have something called HTC Media Link HD, which connects to your TV via HDMI, but the phone connects wirelessly to this device, and it seems like it can only be used to display videos and play music--not to mirror a video call.
