Why does my samsung grand duos i9082 wont display anything on the screen after updating it via ota

after updating 100% it turns off and turns back on with the back light on but nothing on the screen. it even vibrated when someone is calling me on facebook messenger.. can any one help me... i will surely appreciate it.. :'( :'''''''''''(

No idea why, but it's not my problem and it's not your problem, it's your carrier's problem. Bring it to them, explain that their OTA update seems to have bricked your phone and ask them to please fix it. (If you're in the US, they're legaly liable for any damage they cause. Any decent carrier will repair or replace the phone with no argument.)
