Why won't Razr Maxx HD turn on?

[AC Question]

The phone was working just fine, there was about 80% of the battery life left. Went to check something about an hour or so later, and I can't turn it on. Completely stumped.

Welcome to Android Central! Does anything happen when plugged into a wall outlet? Does it seem like it's charging? Leave it plugged in overnight, then try pressing and holding Power for a good 20-30 seconds to see if anything happens. If nothing happens, then the battery may have suddenly failed, or worse yet, it was the motherboard.
