Why am I getting an error message on my LG G2?

Serious Problem with LG G2

Hi Just Updated the latest android version.

phone wont respond.

writing and repeating forever "cant access android.phone.com"
cant go to recovery mode (power btn + vol down btn).

Just stuck.... please help !
