galaxy s5 My Files app

I have a new S5 and the My Files app under documents will list documents however when I tap a document I get a message "Open file" "No apps can perform this action"

Hello.

That would normally happen if there is no app to read a particular file type. Maybe you have another issue.

Did you get free Polaris Office..

Kindle, Drive PDF viewer, many apps can open most document types. Was it an old Word document.

Check what apps you have that can open new Word, Excel, PDF etc. or download some if you think that is the problem. Hancom Office comes with some Samsung tablets.

Oh and Microsoft Office is now free on Android.

Let us know if it is one file type.
