Why won't my Samsung Galaxy S3 turn on?

Samsung Galaxy s3 won't turn on

Got the phone from my sister. She complaint about the screen flickering and that the
phone won't turn on anymore.

I decided to try and charge it and noticed that while it charged, it kept getting these
nudges or vibrations.

What do I have to do ?

There are various possible causes. You'd better take it to a qualified repairer.

Hi this is the OP, I just created an account.
We've already been to a couple of phone repairers but they all gave the same answer.
We have to change the digitizer. Problem is that that is the only answer they give here for every phone issue.
Due to location, they also charge about $160 to do the job.
