Will an OTA update unroot my phone?

Rooted S4 And OTA Updates

I have a Galaxy S4 (SCH-I545 Verizon Wireless), NK1 build (4.4.2). When I rooted the phone I deleted some Verizon and Samsung bloatware (things like Group Play, Hangouts, S Health, Amazon Appstore, etc.) using Titanium Backup. They currently show as being "turned off" in application manager. I did not back up the apps. If there is a Lollipop update, will my phone be able to accept it with the missing apps? Does accepting an OTA update "unroot" the phone? If I do a factory reset, does that restore the apps that I deleted, and then allow me to take the update?
