Or you can buy a screen, replace it yourself, break something in the process, buy something to fix what you broke, break something fixing that, wash, rinse, repeat until you give up and buy a new phone. (No reputable shop will touch a repair on a phone you've broken like tht - the diagnosis alone would cost more than a good used Note 2.)
