headphone icon

Hi when i take the aux cord out of my phone the headphone icon is still visible on my phone ?? And i dont have any audio or sound on my phone how do i take this icon off?

The phone is under warranty - bring it back and have it repaired or replaced. Make sure you back EVERYTHING up. If they repair it, it's just the headphone jack or a loose plug, so they probably won't do anything like wiping your data that a shop will do for most repairs (so you can't accuse them of stealing your data). But if they replace the phone, you lose your data with the phone (and they will wipe it before they put it in the "returns" box). If you have an SD card in the phone, remove it before you bring it in.
