How to enable the popping question when opening an app?

I have Samsung Note 2, every time I close an app or click the homescreen button It brings up:

" Complete action using: Go locker or TouchWiz Home"

Then under it says "Once or Always"

I want to get rid of this question, But I don't want to uninstall the app. I clicked always and it still pops up. I tryed clearing it in defaults, But the button is gray (meaning the option isn't available)

I started using Nova Launcher instead of Touchwiz.

In the Nova settings if I Select Default Home as Always, then it doesn't bother me anymore. Maybe there is a similar setting in Go.
Also there is a Default Applications setting under General, which probably does the same thing.
I can set the default Home and Message app.
If nothing works, you could try either re-installing Go, or clear all your default app settings on Applications Manager menu and start again.

Also a cache wipe in Recovery Mode never hurt anybody apparently!
