    It came with my Galaxy 10.5, and Battery Doctor says it's using a lot of power. I don't use it, and don't want it, but my AppEater won't even list it, let alone let me uninstall it. If it turn it off, it just comes back on. help

    You probably can disable it, which is as good. Look in General - Applications Manager - scroll to 4th list 'All' - NY Times or whatever the name - tap for App Info and see if there is either an Uninstall button or Disable / Turn Off.
    You may have tried this.

    If there is only a Force Stop and Uninstall Updates, you can do that without harm, turn everything off, but if it's like Flipboard it may come back anyway.
