How do I get my Android TV box off of the load screen?

Need help with an android tv box

I have an android tv box (ugoos ut1) that's stuck on the load screen (jellybean) for about a week now. If someone could help I'm a noob at this stuff and can't find any solutions!!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Did it come with any documentation? That's one of the big problems with these direct-from-China Android TV boxes--little to now support.

Does the box have any reset button? Your best bet is to try a factory data reset, if possible. If you find a reset button, you probably have to press and hold it for 15-20 seconds or so.
