Nexus 4 has ghost touches and I have already tried the safe mode and still have issues. I am trying to do a factory reset. I have a screen lock with pin number. I tried to confirm the pin but I have a dead zone on the 4,5,6 keys on my screen and I need a press 6 as one of my pin numbers. How do I get around this issue. I bought this phone when it first came out. It is not flashed or rooted. It has lollypop version on it.

    Thank you
