    I got a notification that Android update 5.0.2 has downloaded but I can't get it to install. I've shut down and restarted, but when I click restart and install, it just says cancel install. How do it I get it to install?

    Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Are there any greyed out buttons? If so, make sure you don't have any screen dimming apps like Lux installed--these apps can sometimes cause onscreen buttons to malfunction.
