I forgot my screen code lock on Sony Experia phone, how can I recover it?

BEWARE YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR DATA!!!

unless your device is rooted the only thing you can do is go into recovery mode.
to get into recovery power off your phone. than power it up by holding the power and volume up or down key.
when your into recovery navigate with the volume keys and select with power button.
than go down to factory resset select it and than go down to yes and select it again.
now your phone is factory reset and you can enter your phone without password.
