why is my batery percentage going down while charging

some people told dat it was a battery problem but i don't blve in dat cozz my bttry lives long only my problem is percntge going dwn while chrging

If it's going down while charging you might have one of these happening:
1. You are using the wrong charger. If the output isn't high enough, it won't charge.
2. The cable/charger is bad. Try different ones.
3. The USB port on the phone is bad. This is for a professional to repair, or your insurance to replace.
