Change Language from English to Japanese

I want to change language in Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P7500 from English to Japanese, but inside SETTING-> Language and Input -> Language : no has Japanese Language:

Welcome to Android Central! For some unclear reason, Samsung devices tend to limit the languages they support, and it may vary between devices made for different regions. This may be the case for other manufacturers as well, but I've seen this issue before with Samsung specifically. From what I've found on the web, you have to root the device in order to get more languages. http://androidforums.com/threads/adding-more-languages.475549/

In comparison, Nexus devices support many more languages. You'd have to ask Samsung why they do this.
