Where does Polaris save files to?

A

AC Question

I'm using Polaris for Android (v. 6.0.8 on a Nexus 7 2012) and I want to take something I've written and move it into Dropbox.

The problem is I cannot for the life of me find where Polaris is saving to- the app itself shows the files as being in "My Document" but searching for either that or the names of individual files in ES File Explorer or the Dropbox upload window doesn't return any results. I can go into Polaris and open them again, so I know they're definitely there, but it's like they're invisible to any other app on the device.

Can anyone help me with this? I've been reduced to copy-pasting my new work into gmail and emailing it to myself, which isn't really ideal.

Welcome to Android Central! Use ES File Explorer and look through the various directories in /storage/sdcard0/Android/data/. Lots of apps have subfolders in that directory.
