Why is my Note 4 Edge refusing to charge?

[AC Question]

My Note 4 Edge refuses to charge.

I am using the cord that came with the phone, but a different outlet. Does the outlet make a difference or is my phone just broken?

The wall socket, charger, USB lead, phone USB port, battery, as well as other possibilities, may be faulty....I'm afraid you'll have to eliminate them one by one.

Using a different wall socket, if that's what you mean, will make no difference as long as it's good.
