Why won't my Huawei Y300 connect to my camera?

My Huawei Y300 won't connect to my camera

A few weeks ago I went to use my camera for taking a photo, when i opened my camera a message popped up saying "cannot connect to camera" I've tried taking the battery out and putting it back in again. I checked to see if any other app was using my camera. I can't under strand what's going on. I even tried downloading another camera app to see if this was the problem but it came up with the same message so i uninstalled it. If anyone else has had this problem as has solved it, please let me know how to fix it.

As you suspected, a third-party app may be interfering with normal Camera function.
If not, try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Camera, and select Clear Cache.
A Cache Partition wipe may also be helpful.

Try taking off the battery and putting if back in after a minute or so. It worked for me. Hope it helps
