Why won't my Samsung Galaxy 3 receive emails?

My Samsung Galaxy 3 won't receive emails

I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I deleted all my emails now I am not receiving any. I can send out emails fine. I have juno email. I checked to make sure it was sync. I'm getting email on my computer from juno. Anyone know what might be the problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Galaxy S3, Tab 3, Note 3? Try removing the email account from the Email app, then adding it back again.
