AC Question

Whenever I go to the apps section, there is like a while square around it, and it ruins the look.

Welcome to Android Central! What phone? Do you mean that the apps appear on a white rectangular background in the App Drawer? That's part of the new Lollipop Material Design look. If you don't like it, you can try installing an alternate launcher like Nova or Apex.

I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Well, how do you screenshot something? Also, I used a bunch of launchers. They don't help. I know screenshots are taken... by HOME BUTTON and POWER BUTTON being pressed at once, but when I do that, it locks me out and I have to re-enter my pin.

It's part of the code of the system UI or launcher. Since the launcher doesn't give the user that option, then you can either keep looking for a 3rd party launcher that is to your liking, or root the phone and see if you can modify it yourself using various hacks.
