So here's the thing, I dropped my S4 today and a few hours later I open the camera app to take a picture to find a line through the photo. Turn around to check the camera lens/glass for any cracks but see none. Has anyone else had this happen to their S4?

Welcome to Android Central! Is the line perfectly straight, vertically or horizontally? It could be damage to the sensor, rather than the lens.

Hi B. Diddy, thanks for the reply and welcome
I've attached a photo of what it looks like here:

Wow, that is weird. It even casts a shadow. Try shining a light at an angle and look at the lens glass--can you see a crack that way?

Shining a light at the lens at all different angles and I'm still not seeing any cracks. Very strange. What do you think it could be? I mean, if it's casting a shadow that means it's a distance away from the sensor to allow a shadow from forming right? I'm hoping it's just the glass cover cause that's a $5 to $20 difference right there lol.

I'm really not sure. The only other thing I can think of is that some debris got knocked loose within the camera module.
