The last two-three days the battery seems to be draining a lot faster. I charge my phone every night and there's usually some charge left when I plug it in the next night. Yesterday the battery got low so I plugged the phone into charge at work. It got a good charge and then I plugged it in again last night as usual. So there's no reason it should have gone low again today. I am flummoxed. I have a Samsung Galaxy s3.

Welcome to Android Central! Charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

    1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
    2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which shows Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
    3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
    4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).

It's also worth trying a different or new battery, since a battery that is starting to die can start discharging more quickly.
