My cell says window limit reached, how do I remove the limit?

My cell says window limit reached, how do I remove the limit.

I tried to see my bank statement on my phone and the window limit reached comes up.

Close one of the windows in your browser or close one of your apps, depending on whether it's too many browser windows or too many Android windows.
