Spotted a problem causing battery drain on my Xiaomi Mi4, but how to get rid of it? Need Help!

Alarms: 44, Intent: android.net.connectivityservice.action.pkt_cnt_sample_interval_elapsed (Wakeups : 44 , 4.5 / h)

The above is one of the "alarms" found under the category android using BetterBatteryStats app. This is the only culprit I suspected because there were nothing running in the background (checked Kernel and Partial Wakelocks)

In the process tab,
system_server used up 55%
surfaceflinger used up 37%
com.asksven.batterystats used up 40%
com.android.systemui used up 26%
com.android.settings used up 29%

and others are below 10%, which I don't think there're the culprit.

Could you post a screenshot of the battery usage stats after a day's use, before you recharge? Also the expanded battery graph.
