How do I change my tablet to usb debug mode?

Not able to change my tablet to usb debug mode.

Screen is white with black lines as such no display, sound when connected to pc, but cannot install/format my tablet.Help how to format my device and connect to pc.Thanks in advance.

In order to enable USB debugging you need to enable developer options. Settings/About Tablet/ tap on build number 7 times.

Developer options will appear under Settings after that.

But since your display isn't functioning properly that make that nearly impossible. That is the only way I'm aware of being able to enable USB debugging.
