What happen to the extra data I purchased?

I have a LG Optimus zone2 prepaid phone. I ran out of data and couldn't get on the internet so I purchased more data but I haven't received my data and still can't get on the internet. How do I find the data I purchased?

Have you tried rebooting? The data usage might simply need to update.

Call your carrier (Verizon?) - it's their problem.
