On my Samsung galaxy Tab 4, why do I keep getting the not enough memory message?

samsung galaxy tab 4 - why do I keep getting the not enough memory message?

I hardly have anything on my samsung tab 4 tablet and I have removed almost everything but I still keep getting the message "not enough memory". How can I get more memory???
