Welcome to Android Central! How did you download them? Are they actual music tracks you got from Google Play Music? Or some app you installed?

If they're music tracks, then you can't access them if you download directly on the phone. You need to download them to your computer from your Google Music Library website, then transfer the track to your phone via USB. Then follow these instructions: Android 101: Adding your own custom sounds to Android events | Android Central
