How do I get rid of carrier information that is displayed on my lock screen?

In the bottom left corner there is carrier information displayed on my new note 4 is there a way to change or get rid of that?

I doubt it. My unlocked phones show the network provider name on the lock screen. I have no objection to it. It's a good idea, in fact, because it tells anyone finding a lost phone where to take it.
