Why isn't my sim card working since upgrading?

in my mobile only idea's simcard not wrking.

my mobile is xolo q700s with kitkat upgraded.

If the SIM card does not work, get your carrier or network provider to test it. They'll replace if it's bad.
It may also be a fault with the phone, however. When did the fault first appear?
