When I turn on my tablet why to I get the error message Unfortunately the app has stopped?

this is my first post ,Unfortunately the "app" has stopped

every time i turn on my tablet the apps seem to be stopping,the tablet itself is fine except for the stoppages can anyone help me find a solution please

Welcome to Android Central! Which device? Which apps are stopping? That kind of behavior can be due to an app you installed that is causing a conflict, or it could be due to faulty firmware (especially if it's an off-brand budget device).
