How do I uninstall the latest firmware update and go back to the previous one (firmware NL9)?

Problems with latest firmware NL9

This no longer supports switching to silent mode, I use it a lot (meetings etc).

The new Firmware also seems very slow.

How do I uninstall and go back to the previous release of the firmware. Any ideas please?
