It is a LG G2 D800 and I bought it on ebay and it has an at&t logo on the screen I want to know if I can use any carrier

Firstly, make sure the device is unlocked. Secondly, you can use it on most GSM carriers, such as T-Mobile, and can use it on most prepaid networks such as Straight Talk.

However, note that you'll need to make sure the provider you choose supports the desired radio bands of the device. If not, you'll have some hardware not working, such as LTE and will be limited to slower data speeds.
