Hi y'all,
When I connect my galaxy s3 mini to the usb of the car, the system says that it doesn't support it . I downloaded an app, tomorrow morning I'll try.
Any suggestions? Thanks a lot in advance

Hello. I'll take a first crack at it, but I tend to run out of ideas quickly .

It's a usb port for connecting media, not a charging port I take it.

You want to play music only, not integrate the phone.

If so, and the car supports external media, when you first plug it in, the notification bar on the phone should say "connected as an an MTP device" with a usb symbol. If it says connected as a PTP (Photo-) device change it to Media Transfer Protocol MTP by pulling down the shade.

If nothing shows on the notification bar, either the car does not support it, or you may be using a one way charging cable. Try to use a 2 way cable that came with the device.
